As a team you are doing pretty well on the communication but there is always room for improvement. So to help you step up your communication skills you will complete this fun activity. This activity will allow you to understand the importance of detailed descriptions, precise instructions and getting others to see your vision.
A creation has been made and as a team you will build one just like it. Please be aware of every ones role for this project.
Casey-Project Manager the only one who see the "creation". The only means of communication is talking and she can only talk to the Project Assistant. She may not see what the team is building.
Gabe-Project Assistant may only answer the team's questions with "yes", "no" or "I don't know". They may return to talk to the Project Manager at any time. They cannot build.
Brittany-Secretary is an observer and can go anywhere but cannot talk or help build. She will need to take notes on the action/interaction/process that takes place as well as pictures and video.
Kari, Ashley and Josh-Builders just build by asking questions to the Project Assistant.
You will have 60 minutes to complete the creation.
